Cozy Cats

A Visual Exhale for Your Home

Cozy Cats; a reminder that rest is safe.
Art prints for gentle cat-loving souls, who wants their home to feel softer.

There is something sacred about a sleeping cat.

The way their body softens. Quiet trust when they curl into themselves.

When a cat sleeps deeply in your presence, it's one of the clearest signs of trust and safety. Sleep is vulnerability, and cats don't offer that lightly.

Cats sleep twelve to sixteen hours a day. They're crepuscular hunters, conserving energy for dawn and dusk activities. When a cat purrs while drifting into sleep, the vibration falls between twenty-five and one-fifty hertz, which are frequencies associated with tissue repair and bone healing. Research suggests these vibrations may reduce stress, lower blood pressure, and support emotional regulation.

A sleeping, purring cat is doing more than resting. They're healing. And when you share space with them, your nervous system calms.

This is why watching a sleeping cat feels like medicine. It's co-regulation. It's permission.

It's a reminder that rest is not indulgent. It's essential.

These sleeping cat art prints were created as a visual exhale.

For cat lovers who wants their home to feel like that kind of safety.

The greens are earthy and grounding.

The purples feel twilight-soft and gently magical

Cats carry many layers of meaning.

They symbolize independence, intuition, protection, and a sense of mystery.

Having them in our lives can remind us to stand comfortably on our own, listen to our instincts, and stay open to the more magical and unseen parts of life.

You don't have to earn your rest.

When you bring imagery of rest into your space,

you're not just decorating.

You're shaping your environment to support your emotional well-being. You're choosing softness. You're choosing sanctuary.

Giving back to charitable causes continues to be an important part of Caitlin’s work.
